Katherine Wolf, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of clinical experience supporting youth with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I believe that every child has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience, and feel that it is a true honor to partner with youth and families to support this process. Over the last four years, I have supported elementary, middle, and high school students in Littleton Public Schools. I provided youth with individual and group counseling and crisis intervention. I supported caregivers on an ongoing basis, providing consultation and tools to support their child at home. I am grateful for my public school experience as understanding this part of a child’s world allows me to better understand the whole child, bringing greater insight into my work with youth.

I view my clients as a whole individual, with unique strengths and needs informed by their environment and life experiences. I view my clients and their experiences through a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. My clinical expertise includes supporting children with a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, anger and aggression, behavioral issues, grief/loss, trauma, suicidal ideation and self-harm, substance use, relationship issues, family changes, and life transitions. Treatment methods frequently utilized in my work include Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, play therapy and art therapy techniques, mindfulness skill building and social-emotional learning.

I feel it is truly an honor to be let into a child’s internal world. It has been a privilege to support and guide children as they grow, adapt, heal, and build resilience amidst life’s challenges. My goal is to provide your child with a safe space and relationship in which they can trust, feel, heal, and develop confidence in their ability to cope with challenges. I look forward to connecting with you and your child and am happy you’re here!

No Surprises Billing: My rate is $150.00 per 50-minute session. Due to the variable needs of clients, a good faith estimate can be provided after an evaluation. It is important to be aware that a number of factors impact length of care, including but not limited to: duration and severity of the issue, level of client engagement, and motivation. I value client choice and that the level of service is clinically appropriate. Clients in my practice have variable frequency of sessions, from multiple times a week in high acuity situations, to a few times a year or only as needed.
